An Akashic reading can feel profound, emotional, validating—and sometimes quietly unsettling. You may walk away feeling seen at a soul level, holding insights that resonate deeply… or awareness that gently disrupts old ways of understanding yourself.

Once the session ends, many people ask the same question: What do I do with this now?

The truth is, an Akashic reading is not an ending. It is a doorway.

1. Allow the information to land

After a reading, your first task is not action—it is integration.

You have accessed information stored at the level of your soul: karmic patterns, energetic restrictions, lessons, contracts, and potentials. Your system needs time to absorb this.

You may want to sit quietly with what came through, journal or reflect on what stayed with you most and notice emotional or physical responses in the days that follow.

There is no rush. Wisdom unfolds in layers.

2. Understand that awareness is only the first step

An Akashic reading brings clarity. But clarity alone does not always dissolve long-standing patterns.

Very often, what is revealed in a reading are energetic blocks or restrictions that have been carried across lifetimes or formed through soul agreements. Becoming aware of them is powerful—but some patterns require conscious clearing to truly shift.

This is where a next step may become available.

3. Clearing blocks in the Akashic Records (optional)

If you want—and only if you feel ready—the blocks and restrictions can be cleared directly within your Akashic Records.

You may want to let the information from the reading settle first. Sometimes the Soul is not yet ready to release certain patterns. And that is completely OK. Your soul’s timing is always respected.

4. The integration after a clearing

If you choose to proceed with a clearing, the work does not end there.

After the clearing, you will receive an energy transmutation Decree. This Decree is an essential part of the process and must be read daily for 21 to 30 consecutive days, without skipping a day, with presence and intention.

This allows the energetic shift to stabilise and integrate fully into your field and lived reality.

Transformation is a partnership between the Records, your soul, and your conscious participation.
